The Bilt Hamber Surfex HD provides the degreasing and APC cleaning performance levels that match and even exceed solvent cleaners (which are increasingly restricted) while being environmentally friendly.
Bilt Hamber Surfex HD is recommended for all arduous automotive, commercial and domestic cleaning duties. Can be used on paint, wheels, tyres, fabric, carpets and most surfaces. Spot tests are always advisable.
Bilt Hamber Surfex HD attacks all oil and grease based soiling, but unlike solvent based cleaners will additionally and effortlessly clean organic, or water deposited grime. It is excellent when road dirt and grime from tires and under wheel arches.
Usage
Use diluted in a bottle with chemical resistant sprayer.
Bilt Hamber Surfex HD can be adjusted in strength to suit the level of soil, remaining active at add levels of just 1 part to 200 in water for light work, or used neat for extreme duty.

This is by far the most effective de-greaser/apc I have used till date. bought this product on recommendation by various youtube videos and it's awesome. I mainly use it for automotive cleaning and household cleaning. I use it with 1:4 dilution (1 part product : 4 parts of distilled water) ration in a handheld foamer for de-greasing tires and cleaning engine bay and it works like a charm. also used the same dilution ratio for cleaning wooden doors and windows in my house. It works perfectly. It does not have any bad fumes, so safe for the user and also bio-degradable that means safe for the earth. As it is water based, it rinses without leaving any residue. 100% recommended.

Bought this as i have used other BH products also.The product works as described and diltion can be made upto the desired level of the work in hand.
i had used 20 ml product diluted in 100ml water in spray can to degrease tyre blooming .Worked like a charm and got the tyres squeaky clean.Some amount of scrubbing is recommended to work in the product.
When used in engine bay at same dilution it easily melted the oily film over the engine rocker covers and oil sump.The product wont produce any soapy suds like an All purpose cleaner .Doesn't leave any residue after rinsing with water
The product comes in a watery consistency and is difficult to pour out from the given plastic container packaging and you end up spilling product.Hope this can be addressed by the supplier.
