How can I find out asap what the current deal of the day is?

Whenever a deal of the day promotion is underway we post it to our facebook page and our twitter page so we recommend following those to be alerted asap.

How much do I really save?

The savings is different for each product, but you will generally save at least 10-15% off of the normal retail price.

How do I know how much time is left?

The deal generally runs from 10:00 AM until 11:59 PM GMT. If you want to see exactly how much time is left, there is a countdown clock on our home page.

Can I use a discount code on top of the Deal of the Day price?

No. Although, you will receive loyalty points for the purchase. Any discount code applied will work on the rest of the products in the shopping cart.

How do I purchase a Deal of the Day?

Just visit the product page, either from the home page or through normal searching/browsing (we highlight the current deal of the day in all category and search results), and add the product to your shopping cart like you would any other product. The discounted pricing will be automatically applied.

Which items are picked to be the Deal of the Day?

All products are available for Deal of the Day discounts. For a number of reasons (limited supplies, manufacturer restrictions, etc.) some items will be chosen more frequently than others.

How are Deal of the Day products picked?

The product selection is automated based our selection criteria. Selection may be influenced my the factors mentioned above.

I missed a Deal of the Day that I really wanted. Will you honour it's price?

No. The Deal of the Day item is available at that price for that day only.

I bought this product yesterday at full price; can I get a refund for the difference?

Unfortunately, we cannot off refunds or credits. The discounted product is selected at random and the price is valid only for that day only, no exceptions.

Why did the Deal of the Day price go away?

In order to receive the Deal of the Day price, you have to checkout before 11:59:00 PM GMT the day of the deal of the day price. If the item is in your cart and you continue shopping past 12:00 AM the next day, the Deal of the Day price for the item will be removed and its price will revert back to its regular price at cart refresh or checkout.
